Salary & Benefits:
€12 NET/hour + bonuses for fieldwork (€2000 NET Salary per month)
40 hours/week, 5 days a week
Overtime paid extra
3-year contract (renewable to permanent after 3 years)
Start ASAP
1-month probation period

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in welding supervision or similar roles
Mechanical Engineering degree
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, certifications & documentation
Experience reading isometric drawings & P&IDs
Supervision of pipefitting and welding teams on international projects
Familiar with piping systems: water, dyes, conveyors, HVAC, etc.
Excellent leadership & team coordination skills
Proficiency in English or German
Category B driving license
