1. Nature of Our Services

We are a recruitment consultancy and agency that provides job placement support, career advisory, and visa application assistance to individuals seeking employment abroad. Our services include but are not limited to:

-
Sourcing job opportunities through vetted international employers
-
Providing guidance in preparing resumes, applications, and interview preparation

-
Facilitating travel and relocation arrangements where applicable

We do not sell jobs. We do not sell visas. We do not operate as a visa-issuing authority.

2. No Guarantee of Employment or Visa Approval

While we strive to match applicants with genuine job offers from accredited employers and provide the necessary documentation for visa applications, we do not and cannot guarantee:

-
The issuance of a visa by any foreign government or embassy
-
Approval of any application submitted to consulates, embassies, or immigration authorities
-
Securing a job offer for every applicant who submits an application or expresses2 interest
-
Admission into any foreign country, as this is at the sole discretion of the immigration authority involved

Visa approvals are subject to each government’s immigration laws, applicant eligibility, and official decision-making procedures.

3. Refund Policy

We are committed to transparency and integrity in our processes. Our refund policies vary by country, program, and service, but in general:

-
A 100% refund is available only in cases where an application is rejected specifically due to a failure in our documentation, and not due to applicant-related issues (e.g. fraudulent documents, failure to attend interviews, misrepresentation, or refusal to comply with employer and or embassy requirements).
-
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
-
The applicant fails or refuses to appear at a visa interview
-
The applicant provides incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent documents
-
The visa is refused based on the applicant’s background, intent, or history
-
The applicant voluntarily withdraws after the process has begun
-

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We act as an intermediary between applicants and:

Legal entities (e.g. lawyers, agencies, and immigration representatives)
-
Government-authorized visa centers and embassies
-

While we exercise due diligence in verifying our partners, we are not liable for actions, omissions, or decisions made by third parties. We are not responsible for changes to immigration policies, embassy closures, delays, or decisions beyond our control.

5. Legal Compliance

We operate in full compliance with the labor and immigration laws of the countries in which we source employment. All applicants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in overseas employment programs does not violate the laws of their home country.
